Here are Slr Rubber Company, we manufacture rubber gaskets from a wide variety of rubber material compounds and grades. We understand that every gasket requirement is different because no two applications will ever be the same. We work directly with you in order to ensure that you get the best material and best gasket possible. With over 10 years' experience in dealing with all things rubber, there are very few applications we aren't familiar with.
We manufacture our rubber gaskets directly from solid, high quality rubber sheets and rolls. This enables us to create gaskets and seals to your exact specifications. It also ensures that you always get the best quality gaskets possible. We can manufacture gaskets from all of the sheeting materials and grades you can see listed on our website. This includes everything from our standard grades, to high temperature, flame retardant and food quality grades to name a few.
Some of our most common gasket materials include; Butyl, EPDM, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone and Viton®. In applications that require it, we can also produce our rubber gaskets with self-adhesive backing.
We use a variety of processing machinery in order to achieve the best results for each gasket and material. Depending on the requirement we can; die cut gaskets, water-jet cut gaskets, CNC digital cut gaskets, lathe cut gaskets as well as hand fabrication. We also have the facilities to laminate gaskets, fabricate sponge and solid rubber gaskets. The possibilities are virtually endless.
